Why do we ask for information?
Your name, email, enquiry and any optional company or phone details are used to reply and discuss possible work. Pre-contract steps are based on Article 6(1)(b) GDPR; other correspondence is handled under the controller’s legitimate interests, Article 6(1)(f). The contact checkbox confirms your request for a reply and does not subscribe you to marketing.
How is the message delivered?
The website runs on Vercel. Resend delivers form submissions to the Aeneia mailbox. Infrastructure and email providers process what is needed to handle the message. Providers outside the EEA may transfer data under their published terms and data protection arrangements.
Retention and your rights
Correspondence is retained for as long as the enquiry requires, then for any period justified by business records or legal claims. You may request access, correction, deletion or restriction, and object where the law allows. You may also complain to the Polish supervisory authority, UODO.
Cookies and your choice
We save your analytics choice for six months in a preference cookie shared across Aeneia websites and subdomains. You can change your choice or withdraw consent at any time using Privacy settings. Declining analytics does not prevent you from reading the site or using the contact form.
